Eco Warriors

Each class elects a representative for Eco-Warriors. The Eco-Warriors have an active role in school. They raise our awareness about sustainability and encourage everyone to be good at recycling and saving energy. They encourage good habits for the future, such as

• Paper and card

• Textiles

• Food

Saving energy:

• switching off lights

• switching off ICT equipment, rather than leaving it on standby

• Closing doors to keep heat in

Conserving resources:

• Taking care of our equipment so that it lasts

• Using resources in a way that minimises waste

• Second hand uniform sale

Care for the environment:

• Using litter bins to keep our school and local area clean

• Designing our eco garden to be a rich habitat.

Thank you for all your support and for working with the Eco-Warriors to keep moving towards a more eco-friendly school.
